By creating an account, submitting an application, or otherwise using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

East West Brokerage is a boutique advisory and opportunity-sourcing firm. We identify, diligence, and package private business opportunities in Oman and the wider Gulf, and introduce them to accredited investors and family offices. We are compensated with a small equity interest in funded businesses, not a cash placement fee.

We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or licensed exchange, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security. Any such offer is made only through definitive transaction documents, directly between an investor and the relevant business.

The Deal Book is restricted to investors who meet applicable accreditation or sophistication requirements in their home jurisdiction. We may require KYC information, proof of accreditation status, and other documentation before granting or continuing access, and may suspend or terminate access at our discretion.

Investment Scores, Risk Scores, projected ROI, and diligence write-ups are our own illustrative assessments, prepared to help investors triage opportunities. They are not personal investment advice, a recommendation to invest, and not a guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or future performance. You are responsible for your own independent diligence and for obtaining professional financial, legal, and tax advice before making any investment decision.

Data room materials, information memoranda, and other non-public information made available through the Deal Book are confidential to the business and East West Brokerage. You agree to use them solely to evaluate a potential investment and not to share, reproduce, or disclose them without our prior written consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

The site, its design, scoring methodology, and content are owned by East West Brokerage or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission, other than for your own evaluation of opportunities presented to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, East West Brokerage is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on information presented on it, including losses connected to any investment made or introduction facilitated through the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, subject to any additional requirements of an investor's home jurisdiction. Final governing-law and dispute-resolution language will be confirmed with Omani and relevant Gulf counsel before launch.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
