Local businesses and long-term capital, aligned.

We work on both sides of the introduction: understanding the operator in the Gulf and the investor mandate abroad.

For investors

  1. 01

    Define the mandate

We establish sector, stage, cheque size, return profile and risk boundaries.

  2. 02

    Review the evidence

Qualified investors enter the Deal Book and see our score, risks and source materials.

  3. 03

    Meet the operator

When there is mutual interest, we arrange a focused introduction and support diligence.

For founders

  1. 01

    Share the business

We start with the operating history, ownership, funding need and use of proceeds.

  2. 02

    Complete review

We test commercial claims, financial assumptions, governance and execution readiness.

  3. 03

    Enter a matched process

Approved businesses are introduced only to investors whose mandate fits.

How we are paid

We do not charge a cash brokerage fee to the business. When a transaction closes, East West Brokerage receives a small equity interest in the company. That structure keeps our economics tied to the outcome over time. Exact terms are disclosed before any introduction proceeds.
